The Foundation
Enosis Neon Paralimniou was founded in 1936 in Paralimni, becoming one of Cyprus’s historic and longstanding athletic institutions. From its earliest days, the club was built on passion, community pride, and sporting ambition — values that continue to define it today.
The Birth of ENP BC
Although the club’s roots stretch back decades, the basketball department was officially established in 1989. This marked the beginning of ENP Basketball’s journey in organized Cypriot championships and laid the foundation for its future growth.

Throughout the late 1980s and 1990s, ENP became a competitive force in Division B, maintaining a continuous presence for over two decades. During this period, ENP BC was the only professional basketball club representing the Famagusta District. The club played a crucial role in growing basketball in the region. Local talent was cultivated and developed. These years built the identity and resilience of the team.

Promotion to Division A
A major milestone arrived in 2014 when ENP secured promotion to the Cyprus Basketball League Division A, the highest level of Cypriot basketball. This achievement marked the beginning of a new era — competing consistently among the country’s elite teams.

Since then, the club has established itself as a consistent competitor at the highest level of the national game. In recent seasons, ENP has regularly finished among the top teams in the division, including several strong league campaigns where it secured positions within the top four.
Our Love Story with the Cup
Alongside its league exploits, ENP has made multiple appearances in the Cypriot Cup Final Four, showcasing its ability to compete in knockout competition and cementing its reputation as one of the respected clubs in Cyprus.
